Description:

My Neighbor's Pharmacy is the first charitable pharmacy in the area. Services provided are as follows:  You may fill prescriptions for chronic conditions, receive pharmaceutical care services and supplies, we provide health and healing to the under-resourced in our community and patient assistance program.

How to apply for services:

You or an authorized representative can fill out a registration form in person, or you can just fill out our online pre-registration form on our website: myneighborscharitablepharmacy.org/ There is a monthly membership fee of $10 per patient. Most applications are approved for a one-year period.

Requirements and guidelines to apply for services:

  • Can not have Medicaid.

  • Can not have Health Insurance that includes prescription benefits.

  • Can not have Medicare Part D.

  • Must have a household income less than 300% of the Federal Poverty Limit.

  • Drivers License or Photo ID.

  • Prescriptions, print out or receipts for medications.

For individuals who are pregnant and denied coverage through MO-Health Net, this program will step in to provide coverage for the unborn child and mother.

Pregnancy-related care for up to 60 days after birth,  health care services for the child till one year of age, 

and home visits, breastfeeding consultation, and a breast pump.

  • Must be pregnant to apply for MO HealthNet (Missouri Medicaid) before delivery.

  • Live in Missouri (a Social Security Number is not required for non-citizens)

Description of Services Provided:

DAV operates a fleet of vehicles around the country to provide free transportation to VA medical facilities for injured and ill veterans. DAV stepped in to help veterans get the care they needed when the federal government terminated its program that helped many of them pay for transportation to and from medical facilities. Volunteers drive the vans, and the rides are coordinated by more than 161 Hospital Service Coordinators around the country.
