211 is an Information and referral line based on the individual's needs. The staff at 211 will generate a list of referrals based on the needs.
Resources include but are not limited to housing, homeless assistance, utilities, COVID-19, and mental health.

The mission of Harmony House is to provide shelter, advocacy, and education to survivors and victims of domestic violence and promote the principle that all individuals have the right to a life free of abuse.
Services offered:
Locating housing, support groups, life skills, parenting and relationship classes, child-care and transportation for current residents, legal advocacy, and protection orders. There currently is no time limit on services.

The Crisis Center of Taney County, Inc.'s mission is to provide quality residential and non-residential services to victims and survivors of domestic and sexual violence.
Services offered:
The Crisis Center of Taney County is a 24-hour crisis hotline; 24-hour shelter access; transitional housing; crisis intervention; case management; support groups; court advocacy; personal advocacy; information and referrals; victim education; peer counseling; community education; transportation, including cab and bus fare; emergency financial assistance; prescription assistance; food, clothing and personal hygiene supplies. Group meetings are available for anyone in need on Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00-7:00. Childcare is provided during the group meetings.

House of Hope Warming Center provides a warm and safe space for individuals to escape the harsh elements of Winter. Dinner and breakfast will be provided to guests who stay in the warming center. In addition, they will have access to laundry services and a shower.
Other Important Information about Services:

The Warming Center is only open when the temperatures are projected to reach thirty-two degrees or below at some point throughout the evening.

They utilize the KY3 app to monitor temperatures.

The facility is a zero-tolerance facility. No alcohol, drugs, or weapons are allowed in the facility.

Temporary Utility and Rent Assistance for People Impacted by COVID-19
Missouri SAFHR for Homeowners, Renters, and Landlords
Description of Services Provided:
Missouri SAFHR provides emergency assistance with rent, mortgage, and utilities for eligible Missouri residents who the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted.
The State Assistance for Housing Relief (SAFHR) for Renters program provides rent and utility assistance for eligible Missouri residents.
Eligible tenants can apply for financial assistance to be paid directly to their landlord or utility provider. Financial assistance includes rent and utility arrears for April 2020 and up to 3 months of forwarding rent and prepaid fuel utility assistance. Utilities include gas, electric, water, sewage/wastewater, fuel (propane, wood, etc.), and trash.
